Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the AutoRide Accept Pro application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using AutoRide Accept Pro (“the App”, “we”, “our”), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or install the application.

2. Nature of the Application

AutoRide Accept Pro is an independent productivity and driver utility tool designed specifically for commercial drivers (including Auto-rickshaws, Taxi cabs, and Delivery motorcycles). The application assists drivers in managing incoming ride opportunities, optimizing GPS routing, and reducing idle wait times.

AutoRide Accept Pro is a standalone software utility and is not an employer, taxi broker, or direct transport service provider.

3. Driver Eligibility & Compliance

To use AutoRide Accept Pro, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You hold a valid, active commercial driver’s license appropriate for your vehicle type under local transportation regulations.
  • Your vehicle complies with all mandatory safety, insurance, and roadworthiness requirements in your operational jurisdiction.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to engage in commercial passenger or goods transportation.

4. Road Safety & Non-Distraction Priority

⚠️ Critical Road Safety Directive: Your safety, the safety of your passengers, and the safety of pedestrians on the road are your paramount responsibility at all times.
  • You must secure your smartphone on a sturdy, certified vehicle dashboard or handlebar phone mount before operating your vehicle.
  • Never manually type, configure settings, or adjust complex screens while your vehicle is in active motion.
  • Always follow all local motor vehicle laws, traffic signals, speed limits, and helmet/seatbelt regulations.

5. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the AutoRide Accept Pro APK on your compatible Android device solely for your legitimate commercial driving activities. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the application.
  • Modify, duplicate, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the application.
  • Use automated scripts or scrapers to overwhelm or disrupt the service infrastructure.

6. Disclaimers & Service Availability

The application and all included tools are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and instantaneous response:

  • Ride volumes depend entirely on external passenger demand and telecommunication carrier network coverage in your specific area.
  • We do not guarantee a specific quota of rides, income level, or uninterrupted cellular connectivity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutoRide Accept Pro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, traffic fines, vehicle wear, or personal injuries arising from your use of or inability to use the software.
